17 Pending before the Court is Defendants Statebridge Company, LLC (“Statebridge”) and Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSP’s (“Wilmington”) motion to dismiss Plaintiff Pamela Banse’s First Amended Complaint (“FAC”).1 A hearing was held over Zoom on August 20, 2025. Jessica Galetta appeared for Sarah Shapero as counsel for Plaintiff; Joan Spaeder-Younkin appeared as counsel for Defendant. (ECF No. 37.) For the reasons that follow, the Court GRANTS IN PART and DENIES IN PART Defendants’ motion to dismiss, and GRANTS IN PART and DENIES IN PART Defendants’ request for judicial notice.
