On September 17, 2025, defendants filed a motion for summary judgment. (ECF No. 45.) Plaintiff did not file an opposition. On October 8, 2025, this Court granted plaintiff’s first request for extension of time to file his opposition and ordered plaintiff’s opposition due by November 10, 2025. (ECF No. 49.) On November 18, 2025, this Court granted plaintiff’s second request for extension of time to file his opposition and ordered plaintiff’s opposition due within thirty days of the date of the order.
