19 On December 4, 2025, Plaintiff Granson Clark (“Plaintiff”), proceeding pro se, filed a complaint against Capital One Auto Financing. (Doc. 1). Plaintiff also filed an application to proceed in forma pauperis, which was granted on January 5, 2026. (Docs. 4 & 5). Plaintiff’s complaint is now before the Court for screening.
