I. INTRODUCTION
On August 22, 2024, plaintiff Vacational Bike Rentals LLC (“Plaintiff”) filed this complaint against defendants Kitzuma Corporation dba Kitzuma Cycling Logistics (“Kitzuma”’), GetCarrier, LLC (“GetCarrier”), Speed Express, Inc. (“Speed Express”), Empire National, Inc. (“Empire”), and BikeExchange Limited (“Bikeexchange”’) (collectively, “Defendants”). Dkt. 1 (“Compl.”). On November 5, 2024, the Court granted plaintiff leave to amend to file a first amended complaint. Dkt. 19. On November 15, 2024, plaintiff filed its first amended complaint. Dkt. 21. On July 14, 2025, the Court granted the parties’ stipulation granting plaintiff leave to file its second amended complaint. Dkt. 37.
