The present lawsuit filed by plaintiff Clear View West, LLC (“CVW”) alleges trademark infringement, trade secret misappropriation, unfair competition and false designation of origin, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, and other California state law claims. The Court held a hearing on January 9, 2026. For the reasons set forth below, the Court DENIES defendants’ motion. 19 BACKGROUND I.
