In 1998, a jury convicted defendant Vincent Solomon of two counts of dissuading a witness, robbery, assault by means of force likely to cause great bodily injury and resisting a peace officer. The trial court determined defendant had suffered a prior strike, a prior serious felony conviction, and had served a prior prison term.
