Opinion

White, J.

Plaintiffs and appellants filed suit against defendants and respondents California Dental Service (CDS) and California Dental Association (CDA). The suit alleged that respondents were guilty of illegal price fixing under sections 16720 and 16750 of the Cartwright Act. (Bus. & Prof. Code, §§ 16720, 16750.) The trial court issued a 41-page opinion granting respondents’ joint motion for summary judgment, finding no issues of material fact that CDS’s practices were actionable. Appellants appeal from this order. We find the trial court’s analysis to be thorough and well-reasoned, and its resolution of the issues to be correct. Accordingly, we affirm the judgment.
