People v. Sanford
Opinion
Opinion
Blease, J.
Defendants Bill Warren and Cathy L. Sanford were convicted, after a jury trial, of unlawful possession of marijuana (former Health & Saf. Code, § 11357). Defendant Bill Sanford was also convicted of two counts of sale of marijuana (Health & Saf. Code, § 11360, subd. (a)). Each defendant appeals from an order granting probation. We will affirm the orders of probation.
