AMENDED ORDER GRANTING PLAINTIFF NATIONAL UNION FIRE INSURANCE COMPANY OF PITTSBURGH, PA [106], PLAINTIFF-IN-INTERVENTION AMERICAN GUARANTEE & LIABILITY INSURANCE COMPANY [114], AND THIRD-PARTY DEFENDANT ST. PAUL FIRE AND MARINE INSURANCE COMPANY’S [117] MOTIONS FOR PARTIAL SUMMARY JUDGMENT
On December 14, 2010, Plaintiff National Union Fire Insurance Company (“National Union”), Plaintiff-in-Intervention American Guarantee & Liability Insurance Company (“American Guarantee”), and Third-Party Defendant St. Paul Fire and Marine Insurance Company’s (“St. Paul”) Motions for Partial Summary Judgment came on for regular calendar before this Court.
