David E. Kronemyer appeals from the trial court’s order granting a Code of Civil Procedure section 425.16 special motion to strike his complaint for declaratory relief. We find no error and affirm.

FACTUAL AND PROCEDURAL SUMMARY

Appellant claims he was an executive producer of the motion pictures My Big Fat Greek Wedding (IFC Films 2002) and Wishcraft (2002) and the television production Stand and Be Counted. He complains that respondent’s Web site, (as of Apr. 13, 2007), does not attribute production credits to him for these productions. According to appellant, he followed the procedure established by respondent to correct credit mistakes on the site, but received no response to his queries. This action for declaratory relief followed. Appellant asks the court to “require Defendants to identify Plaintiff ás an Executive Producer of the motion picture ‘My Big Fat Greek Wedding;’ a Producer of the motion picture ‘Wishcraft;’ and a Producer of the television production ‘Stand and Be Counted.’ ”
