Petitioner seeks review of a determination by the Immigration and Naturalization Service District Director (“Director”) that he is ineligible for adjustment of status under 8 U.S.C. § 1255 (a), INA § 245(a), and of a decision of the Board of Immigration Appeals (“BIA”) denying (1) petitioner’s request to renew his application for adjustment in his exclusion hearing, and (2) petitioner’s request to voluntarily withdraw his application for admission to the United States.
