Facts On October 9, 2010, about 4:00 p.m., Larry Hooks was stopped at a traffic light at the intersection of Figueroa Street and Gage Avenue. He heard two to four gunshots, looked in his rear view mirror and saw a Ford F-150 followed by a black Jeep Cherokee, both traveling at a high rate of speed.
