MEMORANDUM

Louis Michael Healy appeals his jury conviction arid 327-month sentence for assault resulting in serious bodily injury, in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 1153 (a) and 113(a)(6), aggravated sexual abuse, in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 1153 (a) and 2241(a)(2), and abusive sexual contact, in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 1153 (a) and 2244(b).
