Defendant Dennis McGuire appeals from judgments of conviction entered after he pleaded guilty to grand theft (Pen. Code, § 487, subd. (a) 1) and second degree burglary (§ 459) in two cases. The charges related to incidents concerning the alleged theft and attempted theft of copper wire from two victims.
