Superior Court (2014) 225 Cal.App.4th 933, 945, keeping the beginning parenthesis and the bracket and wording immediately following the citation, and replace it with the following: Silicon Valley Taxpayers’ Assn. v. Garner (2013) 216 Cal.App.4th 402, 407-408. There is no change in the judgment.
