JACQUES BLOXHAM et al., H038040 (Santa Cruz County Plaintiffs, Cross-defendants and Super. Ct. No. CV159793) Appellants,

ORDER MODIFYING OPINION

v.

TODD SALDINGER et al.,

Defendants, Cross-complainants and Appellants.

BY THE COURT:

The opinion, filed on August 1, 2014, is modified as follows: On page 5, footnote 4, delete the first two sentences and replace them with the following two sentences: “The Saldingers’ property includes three parcels of land, the largest being Parcel One. The other two parcels of land are much smaller and irregularly shaped; they fill in gaps between Parcel One and other properties.”

This modification does not affect the judgment. The petition for rehearing is denied.
