6. At page 2, last paragraph, fourth sentence beginning with “The Commission did not dispute . . .” is deleted and replaced with:
The County did not dispute that plaintiff’s widow was the proper successor in interest, only that there was no surviving action for her to maintain on behalf of her deceased husband.
