Dondero, J.

INTRODUCTION

Stephanie W. (Mother) and Jack C. (Father), the parents of minor J.C., appeal from the juvenile court’s order denying father’s petition for modification and terminating their parental rights. (Welf. & Inst. Code, §§ 388, 366.26.)1 Both parents contend Father’s modification petition alleged a prima facie case of changed circumstances, and therefore the juvenile court abused its discretion by summarily denying it. Additionally, Mother contends the ICWA2 notices were deficient, and Father argues the court erred by terminating his parental rights because the “continuing beneficial relationship exception” applies to him. (§ 366.26, subd. (c)(1)(B)(i).) We affirm the juvenile court’s orders.
