HAMLEY, Circuit Judge: 1 In the fall of 1970 a grand jury was convened at Tucson, Arizona to inquire into the matters referred to in the margin. 1 The five appellants were subpoenaed by the United States to testify before the grand jury. Each refused to answer most of the questions asked of them before the grand jury.
