CRONIN, COUNTY COUNSEL, COUNTY OF FRESNO, has requested an opinion on the following questions: 1. May a member of a county board of supervisors or an elected county treasurer contribute personal funds to his or her own reelection campaign while serving as a member of a county treasury oversight committee? 2. May a member of a county board of supervisors or an elected county treasurer raise funds for his or her own reelection campaign while serving as a member of a county treasury oversight committee? 3. May a member of a county board of supervisors or an elected county treasurer contribute to the other's reelection campaign while serving as a member of a county treasury oversight committee? 4. May a member of a county board of supervisors or an elected county treasurer raise funds for the other's reelection campaign while serving as a member of a county treasury oversight committee? 5.
