Opinion on Rehearing
In denying a rehearing of this cause we wish to say that if the opinion of the district court of appeal can be construed as holding that a new term can be added to a written contract containing in itself all the essentials of a complete agreement, by resort to the antecedent oral negotiations of the parties, regarded as surrounding circumstances, we do not approve that doctrine, and do not regard it as essential to sustain the judgment of affirmance.
