It is ordered that the opinion filed October 27, 2016, in the above cause be modified as follows: Change the second paragraph of the section of the opinion entitled, “BACKGROUND,” to read: Defendant was the driver of the car in question. Officer Moe did not notice anything erratic about how she was driving and noted no Vehicle Code violations.
