Schueller appeals from the order of the district court which granted summary judgment in favor of TRW, Inc. ("TRW"). The district court held that Mr. Schueller had failed to raise a genuine issue of material fact on his claims that TRW had violated the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq. ("FCRA").
