PER CURIAM: 1 The sole issue in this appeal is whether plaintiff Jama Construction Corporation, Inc.'s (Jama) action in federal district court under 42 U.S.C. Sec. 1983 is barred by a previous state court judgment. The district court held that plaintiff's Sec. 1983 action is barred by its earlier suit in state court under the doctrine of res judicata.
