LEAVY, Circuit Judge: 1 The appellants, Therese and Roy Alexander, traveled to the Colorado Belle, a hotel-casino in Laughlin, Nevada, from their home in Southern California in response to an advertisement in the travel section of the Los Angeles Sunday Times.
