(collectively "Alphagraphics") invoked the arbitration clause of a franchise contract in a dispute with a franchisee. Alphagraphics lost the arbitration. The franchisee, Robert Liebman et al., sued in district court to enforce the arbitration award, and prevailed. Alphagraphics appeals, and we affirm. 3 In October, 1985, Liebman signed a franchise agreement with Alphagraphics.
