MEMORANDUM * This petition for a writ of habeas corpus involves a criminal defendant's constitutional rights to confrontation, counsel, effective assistance of counsel and due process. Dale Michael Bloyd appeals the district court's (Shubb, J.) denial of his application for the writ. The district court (Levi, J.) issued a certificate of probable cause.
