MEMORANDUM 1 Morley, Farley, and Nicolaus (Employees) appeal from the district court's summary judgment in favor of J.W. Robinson's, Inc. (Robinson) in their action under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), 29 U.S.C. § 621-634 . The Employees also state in their brief that they contest the district court's dismissal of King and Beckett from Count V of the Employees' complaint.
