He has appealed pro se from an order of the district court granting summary judgment of dismissal on motion of the defendants. We affirm for the reasons given by Magistrate Judge Hovis in his order of May 21, 1991. 3 The court rejected its concern that Figueroa might need the assistance of counsel.
