The district court granted summary judgment for the Secretary. We affirm. BACKGROUND 3 Grach Zeytuntsyan (claimant) alleges that he has been unable to work since 1978 due to stomach cancer, arthritis and nervousness. See Certified Administrative Record (CAR) at 52, 66. Dr. Magdi Gindi, his treating physician, reported on March 16, 1988 that Zeytuntsyan did not have cancer.
