CYNTHIA HOLCOMB HALL, Circuit Judge: 1 Plaintiff Joyce Intlekofer appeals the district court's judgment in favor of her employer, the Veterans Administration ("VA"), in this Title VII action. She challenges the district court's finding that the VA took reasonable and appropriate steps to end the sexual harassment by her co-worker. 2 The district court had jurisdiction under 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-5(f)(3) and 28 U.S.C. §§ 1331 and 1343. We have jurisdiction over this timely appeal pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-5(j) and 28 U.S.C. § 1291 , and we reverse. 3…
