She challenges the district court's finding that the VA took reasonable and appropriate steps to end the sexual harassment by her co-worker. 2 The district court had jurisdiction under 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-5(f)(3) and 28 U.S.C. §§ 1331 and 1343.
