The appeals of five of the co-defendants are consolidated before this court. Appellants Vazquez, Mendez, and Lizalde appeal their convictions. Appellant Rivas-Dias appeals both his conviction and his sentence. Appellant Recio appeals his sentence. The convictions and sentences of all defendants are affirmed.…
