Rhinehart appeals pro se the district court's summary judgment in favor of prison officials in his 42 U.S.C. § 1983 civil rights action alleging that he is being subjected to cruel and unusual punishment due to overcrowding and unsafe and unsanitary conditions at Pima County Jail. We have jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 1291 , and we affirm. 3 We review de novo the district court's grant of summary judgment. Taylor v.
