The court ordered payment by Truck-A-Way of employer pension contributions for probationary employees for the period from March 1, 1985 through December 31, 1988. Truck-A-Way also appeals the court's dismissal of its motion for partial summary judgment and cross-claim. We have jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1291 . We affirm.
