Young's complaint alleged that he was: (1) denied access to the courts as a result of an inadequate law library; (2) denied conjugal visits; (3) denied religious services; (4) denied sufficient outdoor exercise; (5) denied sufficient telephone access; and (6) unconstitutionally selected for civil commitment.
