Awofolu appeals pro se the district court's order dismissing his action without prejudice pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(1) for an alleged breach of contract by defendant Public Storage. Awofolu contends that the district court erred by finding that it lacked subject matter jurisdiction over his action. We have jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 1291 , and we affirm. 3 We review de novo a district court's dismissal for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. Kruso v. Int'l Tel. & Tel.
