Love contends that the defendants violated his constitutional rights by segregating him without notification or review and denying him access to the law library. We have jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1291 . We review de novo. Aldabe v. Aldabe, 616 F.2d 1089, 1093 (9th Cir.1980).
