Lead Opinion

McConnell, J.

*1305 The juvenile court issued an order finding B.S. is a presumed father of L.L., a 10-year-old girl, pursuant to *1306 Family Code 1 section 7611, subdivision (d), and also finding he is a third parent pursuant to section 7612, subdivision (c).
