*253 A jury convicted defendant of human trafficking ( Pen. Code, § 236.1, subd. (b) ; count 1); 1 kidnapping to commit a sex offense (§ 209, subd. (b)(1); count 2); two counts of forcible rape in concert (§ 264.1, subd. (a); counts 3 & 4); two counts of forcible oral copulation in concert (§ 288a, subd. (d)(1); counts 5 & 6); second degree robbery (§§ 211/212.5, subd. (c); count 7); two counts of pimping (§ 266h, subd. (a); counts 8 & 11); and two counts of pandering (§ 266i subd. (a); counts 9 & 12). The jury also found that in the commission of the crimes charged in counts 3, 4, 5 and 6, defendant kidnapped the victim within the meaning of section 667.61, subdivisions (a) and (d)(2). Defendant admitted he had a prior strike (§§ 667, subds. (d), (e)(1), 1170.12, subds. (b), (c)(1)), a prior serious felony conviction (§ 667, subd. (a)(1)), and three prison priors (§ 667.5, subd. (b)).
