FACTS AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY
Original 1998 Offense Requires Father to Register as Sex Offender In 1998, Father pleaded guilty to rape by use of drugs of a 14-year-old girl, a felony violation of Penal Code section 261, subdivision (a)(3). He also pleaded guilty to burglary, a felony violation of Penal Code section 459. Father was sentenced to a prison term of six years eight months.
