FACTS AND PROCEDURAL BACKGROUND
This litigation encompasses five probate cases corresponding to the five trusts at issue. Respondents First Republic Trust Company (FRTC), L. Andrew Gifford, Robert Wilson, and Douglas Strode are co-trustees of two residuary trusts for the benefit of appellant and his twin sister, Michelle Lund.3 FRTC is also the trustee for the Lillian B.
