Krug appeals pro se the district court's dismissal of his action against A. Philip Lomonaco for lack of personal jurisdiction. We have jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. Sec. 1291 and vacate and remand. 3 The facts of this case are contained in pleadings and affidavits submitted by the parties which are in many respects conflicting.
