In accordance with California Rules of Court, rule 8.264(a)(2) and (b)(1), on its own motion the court modifies the opinion filed on April 22, 2022 to correct a clerical error as follows: On page 8, after “WE CONCUR,” delete “HALLER, Acting P.J.” and replace it with “HUFFMAN, Acting P.J.” There is no change in judgment.
