Schaefer in Sinclair's action to collect $76,000 under a personal guaranty contract signed by Schaefer. Sinclair's predecessors required Schaefer to sign the contract as a condition of extending credit to Blue and White Transport, Inc., a corporation which Schaefer owned and which has since become bankrupt.
