Gallagher appeals from the district court's summary judgment upholding the Secretary of Health and Human Services' (the "Secretary") decision denying her benefits under Title II of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. Sec. 401 et seq. Gallagher contends that the district court erred by finding that substantial evidence supported the Secretary's decision.
