Britenbach and Dyan Jones appeal their convictions for conspiracy to distribute controlled substances in violation of 18 U.S.C. Secs. 841 (a)(1) and 846. Defendant Britenbach also appeals his convictions under 18 U.S.C. Sec. 1952 on six counts of interstate travel and telephone use in furtherance of racketeering.
