Before: SNEED, NOONAN, and TROTT, Circuit Judges. 1 MEMORANDUM ** 2 Rex Weston, an Alaska state prisoner, appeals pro se the district court's order granting the defendant's motion for summary judgment in his 42 U.S.C. Sec. 1983 action. We have jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. Sec. 1291 . We review de novo, McGuckin v. Smith, 974 F.2d 1050, 1059 (9th Cir.1992), and affirm. 3 Weston contends that defendant Easter violated his fourteenth amendment rights to due process by failing to articulate specific objective facts which would justify Weston's assignment to administrative segregation.
