Garcia, a Nevada state prisoner, appeals pro se the district court's summary judgment and judgment following a bench trial in favor of the defendants, various Nevada state prison officials. Garcia contends that the defendants denied him access to the courts, in violation of his constitutional rights. We have jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. Sec. 1291 .
