(Diaship) and four other defendants for payment of a commission allegedly due for the construction of a yacht. All of the defendants save Diaship were dismissed after the initial discovery. A jury trial commenced on March 17, 1992, and on March 19, 1992, the jury returned a verdict for North Star in the amount of $200,000.00.
