Nelson, J.

Opinion by Judge T.G. NELSON.

OVERVIEW

Bobby Lee Hopper (Hopper) appeals his sentence following a plea of guilty to several counts of an indictment charging various federal crimes arising from two robberies of the Stardust Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada.
